
Coach Nikki's Take 5 Candy Bar

Equipment
- 2 Silicone Perfect Petite Pans or similar
Ingredients
- 1 batch Chewy Keto Caramel Candy - Fit Mom Journey follow instructions carefully
- 1 batch Keto Peanut Butter Eggs - Low Carb, Sugar-Free, EASY - Joy Filled Eats you can make half the recipe if you dont want leftovers
- 5 pretzels Splits brand sprouted pretzels crushed
- 3 cup THM Chocolate chips
- 1/3 c peanuts
Instructions
- Double Boil 2 cups of the chocolate chips and spread them in the silicone pan
- Press the second pan in to the first pan over the chocolate to create wells
- Place in the freezer
- Make the Peanut Butter filling, set aside
- Make the Caramel recipe following the instructions carefully
- Take your chocolate wells out of the freezer and remove the top silicone liner
- Divide out the crushed pretzels between the wells
- Use about 1-1 1/2 tsp of peanut butter mixture on top of the pretzels
- Pour 1'1 1/2 tsp caramel on top of the peanut butter
- Sprinkle a few peanuts on top of each candy
- Press everything in to the wells with a piece of parchment paper
- Double boiler method the rest of your chocolate chips and spread over the top of your candy bars
- Return to freezer until set
- Enjoy!
