Coach Nikki's Take 5 Candy Bar

Craving something from the past you? Need a candy bar fix? I have your recipe!

Equipment

  • 2 Silicone Perfect Petite Pans or similar

Instructions
 

  • Double Boil 2 cups of the chocolate chips and spread them in the silicone pan
  • Press the second pan in to the first pan over the chocolate to create wells
  • Place in the freezer
  • Make the Peanut Butter filling, set aside
  • Make the Caramel recipe following the instructions carefully
  • Take your chocolate wells out of the freezer and remove the top silicone liner
  • Divide out the crushed pretzels between the wells
  • Use about 1-1 1/2 tsp of peanut butter mixture on top of the pretzels
  • Pour 1'1 1/2 tsp caramel on top of the peanut butter
  • Sprinkle a few peanuts on top of each candy
  • Press everything in to the wells with a piece of parchment paper
  • Double boiler method the rest of your chocolate chips and spread over the top of your candy bars
  • Return to freezer until set
  • Enjoy!
